Poor customer service

I am physically having your Wrewards card by me but I am not able to link it to my online profile. It is so pathetic to know that one of your staff have given me this card some years back without registering it to my ID no. So for now I am stuck with items in my cart and I can't pay cause I cannot qualify for the discount because this reward card that I am having is as good as I am not having it. I've already called your customer service twice, the first one was clueless and just wasted my time in asking questions and the second one told me I need to register this card but guess what I am still getting the error. Woolies I never buy from you and this is your customer service.
