Poor customer service

Poor customer service.On the 25/09/18 I had purchased a shirt at the Woolworths galleria .Shirt was not fitting my husband so the 26/09/18 early morning I contacted the branch to keep aside a bigger size for they refused beco it's was a promotion item spoke to assistant manager who was of no help I then asked to speak to the branch manager who made me hold for 15 minutes and never got a chance to speak.Woolworths galleria is this the customer service you offer.
