Poor customer service

There’s nothing worse than the WFS department .. no accountability, no respect for What customers are going through, been trying to sort out my debit order since the 27 May, another month end is coming abs the same **** is going to happen and there is nothing I can do. They don’t even deserve 1 star.. zero is life like it.
