Poor customer service

They don't even deserve any rating from me, the online delivery service is a nightmare. Driver decides to cancel your order without even informing the client. Been waiting for my order the whole day only to find out that it was cancelled without any reason. Called customer support and they couldn't assist. Worst service ever. Now I have to wait for a refund that will only reflect after 5 days ***.
