poor customer service

<p>I have had a terrible experience , about 2 and half months ago wherein I returned a pair of slippers for quality checks to date i didn't receive any feedback unyil i called, when i finally got help, i sent someone to go and see the manager, it took them 30 minutes with no help and they left, so kindly advise on this matter</p>
