Poor Customer Experiences at Durban branches

Hi, I have been a customer of Woolworths for many years. Recently I am starting to question what type of people Woolworths employs and what kind of customer service training is provided to your staff in your Durban stores. A few months ago at your Westville Mall branch, a security guard refused to allow me into your store with a trolley, I had just done shopping at another store, so I comp**** and left my trolley full of items at the door where my things could have gotten ******. Then proceeded to watch the security guard allow a two other people in with their trolleys and shopping. When questioned about the incident by the manager, the security guard refused to answer and even refused to give me his name even after instructed by the manager. This humiliating experience occurred on Heritage day. I have now experienced a second incident at your Declarin Kloof branch where an employee of yours blatantly cut in front of me in a queue and proceeded to be rude towards me, telling me she was in hurry and she didn't know what I was doing there ??? She also refused to give me her name, which I later received from the very apologetic cashier. There was no reason whatsoever for her to be rude to me for asking her why she cut in front of me the way that she did. Not all of your employees behave this way but there are certain individuals who are quite blatant and I am starting to wonder if I am being racially profiled in some way because there was no reason for the rudeness I keep experiencing. I approach every human being with respect and expect the same especially from the employees of an establishment that I frequent. It's an extremely disappointing and humiliating experience.
