Poor Customer , bad Attitude towards Clients.

Please teach Your employees professionalism . Yesterday i had 2 Old Mutual Vouchers to redeem , I went to Woolworths Forest Hill . The Person who was servicing me I think it was Nkululeko refused To Assist me as he thought the Vouchers didnt CVV number or Something , It went to a Point where he told me i was Lying when i told him Woolis Grey Did Assist me without asking for other number .Moments Later i figured out that The number is there and they are just too lazy to assist or just *********** , If i tell a certain Branch assisted me why dont you call them and ask how . He even told i can go to that branhc since the can help he cannot because whatever i wanted was impossible , which became possible later after.Forest hill itself it is struggling but we still have people who treat clients this way
