Poor customer

<p>On n 22 May i went to woolworths to purchase a cake only. I was got the cake for R114 but i was waiting in the que for almost an hour to pay 1 item. Only 3 tills where open but there were 3 packers. I asked the supervisor why the packers dont open more tills and he said they are not trained i then asked whg they schedule packers not cashiers if they see the ques are so long . I love woolworths and i usually get good service but to wait to pay for one time for so long is really not fair and to top ot off the supervisor was not being proactive. I dont know if i will be visiting woolworths again</p>
