I've been dealing with Woolworths regarding complaint ref WW-17213-S4R1J6, and despite my detailed explanation, they've sent repetitive emails asking me to call them without addressing my concerns. I'm seeking a resolution and hope that by sharing my experience, Woolworths will take necessary steps to improve their customer service.
