Poor communication and misleading online information

I placed an order with Woolworths consisting only of baby essential items, before the National lockdown changed from level 4 to 5. Understandably, it would have been difficult for Woolworths to fulfill this order due to operational capacity and restrictions on trade. When asking for clarity as to when the order would be fulfilled I was informed after the lockdown. However, a few days later I received another email stating that orders with essential baby items were now being processed for delivery and that I would be informed as to when I can expect my order. As the original timeframe for the delivery of my order was communicated to me as 29th April at checkout, I firstly feel that I have been mislead into placing the order under conditions that cannot be fulfilled by the retailer. Updating their website to communicate more clearly with their customers what items qualify for delivery during the national lockdown and offering more realistic timeframes for delivery should have been addressed by now as this order was placed several weeks ago and no changes to the status of the delivery date for my order has been communicated to me. Trying to contact Woolworths for further clarity has resulted in no further correspondence on their part, subsequently I still have no idea when my order will be received or if it is even still being processed. If they are committed to flattening the curve they should consider that putting a greater deal of resources towards satisfying online orders is still the safest option for customers in terms of social distancing, or are the needs of customers no longer a priority for Woolworths, or just another secondary consideration in terms of the health and safety standards that they attest towards adhering to?
