Poor communication

I app**** for a credit card and everything was done telephonically, I was pre approved and asked to. Mail payslip or bank statement which I did.. I was advised that I will get final feedback on within 24-48 hours it's been more than 48 hours and still no feedback, the app is not even working its been saying it has technical issues.. Can I please have feedback on this
