Poor client service

Good day I placed an order via Woolworths online shopping that was delivered on Wednesday morning. I was not happy with the items that were delivered vs what was ordered and sent an e-mail on Wednesday evening requesting that my order/delivery be investigated. I have not been contacted by Woolworths.
