Poor cheese qualty

Bought Sweetmilk cheese - used to be very Good, now a soft paste like processed cheese - almost impossible to slice. Same applies to their Gouda cheese. 2mnth old Cheddar has floury/grainy texture. Will not consider their cheese again. Then they have a judge at the anual cheese festival!!
