Poor Checkout

I went to Woolworths Promenade Mall Mitchell's Plain yesterday. I gave the cashier my partner's card to swipe for rewards, she dumped the card on the opposite side I was standing. Then I told her we are going to use a visa voucher, she scans it from the phone and dumps the phone on her counter after she's done. My partner had to reach over to get his phone. Then she asks me if we must get change, I asked my word you have been working here long enough to know the answer to that. Poor service and yet there were two managers standing around there, Pity it's the closest Woolworths to where I live otherwise I would not shop there.
