POOR CALL CENTER

I cannot hear the people on the line of the call center. I have called 10 times. The line cracks and they cannot hear me either. I have experienced this before. How do I communicate if no-one can hear me? Requesting that they call me back is no use. Also,the call just ends.

There is no online chat option.
