Poor cake quality

I purchased a cake from woolworths this evening 03 February 2025 at sore that's located at the engen garage in Observatory, Cape Town. It was the caramel cream cake and to be honest I was left appalled at the poor quality, hardly any cream or caramel present. This level of poor standard one would expect from a lower end retail outlet. I doubt I will continue eating it m, as it would just infuriate me that I've spent my money on such trash. I wish there was an option where I could post the pictures that I've just taken.
