Poor bad service

I bought long johns and v-neck T-shirts in Parow center upon my purchase I was not even told about the T&C’s and when I went to exchange them as I saw that I took incorrect sizes was informed they will not assist me and the customer service lady was so rude even chewing a gum while I was speaking with her and never paid attention to what I was and only told me they will not exchange the items I bought . Wow if this the brand that they stand thank you so much I had so much faith in their customer service but all I got was total **** service and which made me to want to pay my account and close. In times like these where people are losing work and you got to experience workers that don’t give a damn about people that pay their salaries what a WOW😔😔😔
