POOR ATTENTION TO DETAIL SKILLS

I've received 3 e - mails from WW Financial Services regarding payment for my wife's account. I responded on the first e - mail that all matters regarding her account needs to be sent to her e - mail address, which I provided. It seems that this is falling on "DEAF EARS"!!!! Clearly, there is a lack of ATTENTION TO DETAIL!!! I also made mention when the account will be paid.
