Poor and ineffective card application process

Woolworths has been incredibly frustrating. After several months, I’m still unable to open an account. I submitted all the required documents on time, yet I was told my application expired and I needed to reapply. I did that, only to be informed that I don’t meet the minimum affordability requirements. How is that even possible when I was approved in the first place? There has been almost no communication from them, and the only reason I found out my application expired was because I had to chase them down repeatedly. This has been a complete waste of my time and energy. Woolworths can keep their card!
