Poor and Horrible service from Woolworths

I am mortified by the poor and horrible service from Woolworths gift card’s department. The lack of sense of urgency is something for the books. My employer bought a Woolworths voucher in November for me and I still haven’t received it a month later!! It’s a few days to Christmas and I have sent numerous emails with the Proof of payments but I’m met with an out of office. So much for “The Difference “
