Pooor service from top retail company

Hi really had a bad experience at woolworth CBD in cape town I went to returns shoes that i bought to 2 days ago and the manager refuse to refund me due they need to send the shoes away to check why it is hurting my foot. What a stupid excuse not refund a customer. She went to go get another manager to look in the matter and it took her more then 20 minutes to bring the manger While the manager explain the samething she laughed at me as CUSTOMER THIS MATTER MUST BE ADDRESSED URGENTLY
