Pooor Pooooooooooooooooooor Service

These people do not want to give correspondence to the relevant bureau to update my account after it has been up to update for almost 3 months now they have been saying 5 working days for the past 3 weeks but has not been updated to date, i have lost a job opportunity because of this company because a default that has been settled is not being updated. I am mad and furious.
