Policy on return

Good day,<br> <br> I have a big problem when it comes to woolworths returning policy and i dont know if this is an issue of who is in charge. I saw boots being on sales this morning on website and I decided to return my new items as usual without a slip and knowing that my aunt is a shopaholic she gave her clothes that she bought at woolworths that she has never worn. A supervisor. goods worth R1000.00 , this lady Bongo she is in charge refuse to take the good cause i didn't have a slip and apparently now if you return goods at a certain value its at her discretion, we read the slip together and it does not say anything regarding that, WHAT THE HELL IS THAT AND WHEN DID RULES CHANGE. CAUSE THE LAST TIME I CHECK THE BACK OF THE SLIP DOES NOT SAY ANYTHING REGARDING THAT. PLEASE CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN THE ******* SHE SAID TO ME. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT IS THE RETURNING POLICY AT WOOLWORTHS.
