Pleasure to shop

On this very busy saterday morning (16 Dec) I had to do Christmas shoping. The Woolworths in Centurion mall was very busy and it was difficult to get around in the store. In the mens department I found the perfect shirt for my finance but unfortunately his size was out. I looked around to find assistance and came across a lady Thepelo. She walk me to the information desk and looked where I'll be able to find the shirt at the closest mall in the area. She phoned Irene store without me having to ask . She didn't want me to wait so she said she will phone me to confrim if they have it. Within 40min a received a call from the lady who help Thepelo ( Tsholofelo) with the he process to confrim that the shirt is kept aside for me at Irene.

These two ladies went out of there way to give great customer service without any hesitation.
