Please FIRE Carmen

Hi,<br> <br> 1) I phone Carmen (in March) for statements for December and January that she must please e-mail to me.<br> 2) She only e-mail me February and March statements<br> 3) Today (02 April), I specially go to the customer care in Keywest and they phone for the statements. I also speak to Carmen myself and she said she will e-mail it to me.<br> 4) When I got home, the only statement was for January.<br> 5) NOW WHERE IS DECEMBER STATEMENT CARMEN???<br> <br> How many times must I phone or visit your store to get my statements out of you???<br> <br> Now I want to see how long will I wait for the December statement!!!<br>
