Please address customer concerns!

Woolworths does not attend to customer complaints. i had a bad experience with their dash delivery services the past weekend and i called in to report that, the lady i spoke to promised to escalate the matter no one from Woolworths has contacted me. It is not my first time experiencing such, last year i called their customer care to complain about a rude employee and it was never attended to.
