Pleasantly surprised

Hi,

I was pleasantly surprised by the service received at Woolworths in Waterfall. The staff were all friendly and efficient (reflected in the fact that there were no queues but many customers in the store).

Secondly, we were approached by the Manager (Johannes), who gave us a "suprise" gift of a bunch of flowers. It was an appreciated gesture and put a smile on our faces.

Definitely going above and beyond.
