Play and win only for certain people

Woolworths have just stopped sending me emails and therefore I lost out on their play and win campaigns. They told me I wasn't subscribed to their emails that's why I didn't get the mails. That was a blatant lie. I never unsubscribed to their emails. I subsequently updated my details twice and still haven't received the emails. This fault is on their side now I must lose out.
