Play and Win FARCE

so Woolies are running a competition right - "play and win".... apparently you receive an email with the link. Myself and a bunch of friends are all subscribed yet we're all yet to see this email.... when you contact customer service it's a case of hurry up and wait! I'm told to keep an eye on my inbox.... it's been 4 days already... tick tock. Pathetic.
