Plastic card still not delivered

I am extremely annoyed by the service i have received from woolworths i opened an account on the 6th of February 2015 and was advised that the card would be delivered within 6 weeks ,my temp card expired on the 6th March 2015 and i was advised that i cannot use it meaning i cannot use my account till i receive my plastic card.Today i went to woolies randburg square and was advised that the card still hasnt been posted and i need to wait again for another 7 to 10 working days for the card to now be sent to my nearest branch .I really dont understand what woolies has been doing for the past month ,why hasnt my card been posted why is it that when i went to query and the randburg branch called the call centre then only was my request prosessed .This is really unprofessional .
