Plastic bra straps

I recently bought those detachable plastic bra straps at Woolworths. Previously the clips were made from metal, but now it is the weakest plastic I've ever seen. They break after using them twice and then they shift all the time loosening the straps while you wear them. Total waste of money. Really bad quality at the same price as the previous metal ones, no actually more expensive.
