Plastic and paper in berry juice at restaurant

I had lunch last Thursday at Woolworths Claremont branch. Ordered a Berry juice and found plastic and paper in my juice. Reported to the female manager who asked for my name, number and email address and said she would report to the operations manager and they would contact me. Guess what.... I am still waiting. Very very disappointed. Bad customer service.
