Plants of Builders Warehouse in bad condition.

I have ordered a few plants online and received them on 16 July. My Mini Anthurium has been giving problems from the 2nd day, the leaves started drying out and falling off, the red part on top is starting to turn black and it looks like it has been burnt.

It is placed on the same spot as my bigger anthurium, I don't believe that it is the placement of my plant. I have send two emails and still no response. Can I please ask for my money back or a new healthy plant.
