Plain *****~ no quality

I am a loyal consumer and hardly question price because of the quality of the product. However to my disappointment a packet of chips was less than half full, which is not up to par with the quality of product I expect from you as a retailer. I informed the customer complaints department and still have to received a favorable response. In these economically strained times, how can you still rob consumers.
