Pinelands store manager RUDE and ******

After keeping me waiting 30 minutes to return a item with damage, the store manager refuses to refund me as she has made her own rules that determine an outcome. The damaged item must be photographed and sent to technology. You can clearly see the item had quality issues and she makes you feel like a ********. I have the right to return an item that has quality issues. She must be bought to attention for being rude and what i asume ******. Disgusting!!!!
