Phone ****** at Woolworths Jean avenue!!

Hello I was at Woolworths Jean crossing in centurion… My phone was ****** in this store! This is especially appalling because this is meant to be an “upmarket” store which I frequent. We are meant to feel safe when doing our shopping and one would not expect such to take place in such a store! Totally unexpected, terrible experience ! What is worse is that I approached the store and management to at least show me the camera footage so I could see what happened and what the ******* looked like, they blatantly refused to assist with this request. Extremely disappointing! I then visited a Vodacom store to help with tracking my device and they informed me that this is not the first instance of theft at this store. I would like Woolworths to help me in finding out what happened in the store and help recover my phone, I am trying to reach out to anyone who can help with this, and would appreciate if Woolworths could at least contact me and try to assist in this case !
