Phone Contract

Good day

I have bought a phone Samsung A23 valued R4499 in one of your stores Sammy Marks Square, Pretoria on 28 April 2022.

On 09 May 2022 I took the phone back to the store as the screen touch and sensor was not working. It was taken for repair and brought it back and I went to fetch it, as I was using it same problem occurred and I took it back to the store on 9 June 2022.

On the 13 July 2022 the called me they said I must come to fetch a phone of which I did, but refused to take it back. I told the Manager that I won't take the phone because I didn't buy a second hand phone and I asked this question "what gonna happen if I encounter the very same problem after the guarantee expired?" I didn't get straight answer.

I feel like Woolworths Sammy Marks Square store what they did to me it's unfair Cause am still paying for the phone I don't have on me
