Peutrid services

So I went to woolies Cavendish which 8s recognized as one of the brands flagship stores. I went in the hone department and pick up the rolling pin and which which was on the 50% markdown table. It wasn't marked down on the label however there was more than 6 of them packed on the table. So I wasn't sure and went over to the cashier and enquires with regards to the item being marked down. I was asked is marked 0ff and I rep**** no that is what I would like to enquire. She (Faika cashier NAME) then rep**** if it's not marked o. The label then it's normal price as its only on selected items on the table., that didn't sound right to me as why was it all packed there and what was 8t for to check. I then asked her could she check pkease and she just continued on the personal pH, looking down at her pH and scrolling through the 0h.not even cognisant of the fact that a customer needed help. I then asked her could she check, again (third time around) and she said no she is sure it's not marked down. But very uninterested in really paying attention to the matter at hand.

In the same breath I asked her if there ate any country road home items marked down in the store. Which she rep**** nahhh that's only online. At the fourth time I insisted she check the 0ri e and argued with me that it's not on sale but as her colleague approached she said here Check the price and looked back down at her pH just scrolling about!!!

Her colleague then confirmed that it was marked down. I then told her I thought you said it's not marked and she said ya but I'm telling you the price now and and just continued on her pH like nothing is wrong. Bare in mind this woman looked and acted EXTREMELY! unprofessional. She wore a jeans that was so tight that it seemed her underwear was bulging and showing through her jeans. She was slobby with a tight jersel and sloppy bright ****ty pink nails.

I then walked away and on my left was the marked down country road table(not too long this cashier, Faika said there's nothing in store its online only.) I grabbed a few items from the table and returned back to the till which she showed to her colleague as she was completely uninterested in assisting anybody.

Now prior to all of the above, I was in the Kenilworth entire store where I got to the till and some pricing was wrong but myself and the cashier wasn't too sure. In which she then offered to go downstairs to double Chwxk. I advised that theres no need as I want to pick milk downstairs. This. As hier offered to bring me the milk as well. Hows that for customer service at a normal store as opposed to woolies Cavendish which is a flagship store.
