Personal Loan not closed

I'm fed-up with Woolworth service. for some time now I've trying to sort out my account details that I closed years back.

my credit score has been affected by this and I'm tried of fighting them. I close my account with them 2018 however for some odd reason this account keeps coming up with a balance that I'm owing. currently shows that I owe R27.00 which is incorrect. I want my credit records fixed and cancel my profile with them forever. I've sent emails and all no answers have been provided to me.

can I have answers to this asap ***
