Personal loan

On the 8th Sept 2017 Roshen Taylor called me offering me a personal loan. We did the process & i qualified for R 76 000 but they could only give me R 56 000. We did the whole process of how much i will be paying & the interest etc. I told her i want R 47 000 over 24 months.

On the 10th Sept 2017 i received the Pre-agreement Statement and Quotation with the credit amount of R 56 000. I called them after an hour's call they said they have fixed it. They will send me the updated Pre-agreement Statement and Quotation with R 47 000 as the credit amount till this day i have not received it.

On the 13th Sept 2017 R 47 000 was deposited in my account. On the 26th they did not debit my account.

On the 27th i called them to find out why they did not get there money and why i have not received the Pre-agreement Statement and Quotation they said they will send it. On the 30th i paid R 2000 to them after an hour of trying to get the account details.

Today i received the Pre-agreement Statement and Quotation with R 56 000 credit.

Now you wounder how 14 million ended up in the poor girl's account?

Can some one please sort me out with the correct Pre-agreement Statement and Quotation I know Woolworth wanna make a profit on the higher amount but no thanks...
