Personal Injury at Campus Square Store

I slipped and fell @ WOOLWORTHS on Monday.Staff just looked on and didn't assist.Took my medical report in Yesterday and asked to see the video footage.I was told the \Ops Manager"will be in today to assist.I called this morning and was told that he WONT be in AND \""THERE IS NO FOOTAGE AVAILABLE ON THE INCIDENT\"". How can u have no footage?Yesterday u said u had footage and today u no longer have the footage.The Manager said: I dont know how long we havent recorded footage for.We are waiting for someone to come out and fix the problem\"".HOW CONVENIENT!
