**** perfume is being sold at Wooworths N1 city

I am highly dissatisfied with the service I received at Woolworths N1 City Mall. Earlier this year I bought a Michael Kors Fragrance worth R1500. Upon using the fragrance a couple of days later. I realised that the fragrance is flat and the smell is just not there, imagine my disappointment after paying so much money, I should be smelling like a million bucks instead it was like I had sprayed diluted water. I took the fragrance back to the store and express my dissatisfaction with the said fragrance. They refused to refund me or exchange the fragrance citing that it had been opened. They told me that they would hand it over to the MK representative who would take it back to the lab for testing. They took my original till slip as well and did not even make a copy for me for my records. It’s been over a month and I have been calling for feedback to No avail. I am being sent from pillar to post and yet I have a R1500 debt that I must pay them for NOTHING!!! This is daylight ******* and Woolworths needs to account for this. I’m a huge fan of the store like many South Africans but this is next level ignorance and pathetic customer service!!
