pensioner treated unfairly

I called woolworths regarding my grandmother's woolworths account as they have advised her that she owes an amount of just over R2000 and she is unaware of where the amount derived from. I called them to enquire on this and was not assisted as they needed to speak to the main account holder, I explained that she is a pensioner and cannot at this stage go to a woolworths store and she cannot call as she is hard at hearing. I was advised we cannot be assisted and the only options were for her to call in or come to the store. I then asked to speak to a manager and was told that ALL SEVEN managers were in a meeting and no one knew what time they would be available. Im saddened by the lack of willingness on Woolworths side to assist regardless of me explaining the difficulties experienced by my grandmother who is a pensioner. this is really upsetting as in this day and age companies are mostly recognised for their customer service provision and woolworths has really let me down in this regard.

I really hope to get an urgent response on this matter
