Pending Funds that is not getting released

On the 29th January 2025 I placed an order on Woolies Dash but I canceled a few minutes later, when I canceled the lady at the call centre said that my funds will return to my account with in 48 to 72 hours when my money did not return I emailed Woolworths customer care. Then they told me that my Pending money will be available back in my account within 7-14 Working days its now been 14working days and my pending funds has not been released after reaching out to woolworths customer care almost Every day and not getting any strait answer the bank cant release the fund without authorization from woolworths
