Payment to wrong account

I have made a payment on 17 Dec 2015 on my ww account, afterwards I realised that I used my husbands account nr. His account was closed a few years ago.<br> <br> I have tried everything to allocate this payment to my account with no success. I calles many time, my husband called many times. We were at a ww store, no person can assist me.<br> <br> They can see the R1500 was paid on my husbands closed account, but they do not allocate it to my account?<br> <br> What can I do? I paid this money so either WW must refund me or allocate this to my account.
