Payment to store account not recorded with no point of contact or assistance

I made a payment for my store account but it has not reflected after almost a week. I’ve tried to call several times only to hear that their lines are having”technical difficulties”. Further to this, I’ve had no response to my query sent to the missing payments email address provided on WhatsApp. I’ve literally exhausted all channels (email/WhatsApp/ calls) and I’ve yet to receive even a single response to my query!!
