Payment due date

I started a new job this month. My salary day was the 7th of each month it now moved to the 20th. Why are you not allowing me to change my payment due date to the 20th of each month? Do you want my accounts to be in arrears forever? Your call centre staff are very unproffesional as well, I've been struggling with this issue since December last year.
