Payment arrangment honoured and new made, harassed

I had a payment arrangement on my woolworths account , which I honoured and paid on Monday 23.03.2015 as agreed. At that time when I made the arrangement to pay that amount, I already made an arrangement for the follow up payment.<br> <br> This morning at 08.10 I received a phone call from a lady phoning regarding my account - saying she is from MBD or something like that, the number I received the call from was ***, when I said I have already stuck to my commitment, why are you phoning me again she proceeded to shout at me and then hung up.<br> I request that this recording be listened to and action to be taken against this person.<br> <br> <br>
