Payment allocation - lack of service support

In June, ***** was done on my Woolworths store account. I received a phone call from Woolies to verify purchases that I had made, only to find that it was done *****ulently as my store card was with me and I was home. I then to the store to reverse the transactions. My store card was then blocked by whoever was dealing with my case but they didn’t inform me that I must change the reference numbers when I am making payments via eft. I continued making payments as per normal but they were not being allocated to my account and I was reflecting as though I am on arrears. I query the matter via their WhatsApp line and no one as able to tell me why payments are not allocated to my account. Eventually in August I get that the account number changed. Very disappointing as this was not communicated to me. Even the arrears - no one has called to follow up as to why am I in ‘arrears’. I make the payments using the new reference number via eft. But till this day the total payments amounting to R3000 has not been allocated as yet. Despite the various attempts I have made to follow and call and send emails to: *** and the constant wrong emails that your call centre staff have been giving me - the payments are not allocated. This is such disappointing service from Woolworths Financial Services and your call centre to manage this issue. I’ve been trying to log a complaint so that this can be resolved but it seems like no one cares at Woolworths. I would like the R3000 allocated with all the interest and for my credit rating/score to be updated if it was affected as this the lack of customer support, proactive management of accounts by credit and lack of training of the staff members that have been assisting me. I require that the hold is removed from my account, the payments are allocated with the interest due and a new card is delivered to me.
