Payment

woolworths keep on billing me for an account that i paid in may and keep on saying i am in arrears , even though i have been going every month with my proof to them. Every month!! and then they make photo copies but the problem is still not solved. Can someone that exually know what they doing assist me ? I am sick and tired of all this sms to pay my account
